Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn boxing gloves
  • Used protective gear (headgear, mouthguards, groin guards, hand wraps, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain protective equipment cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Carefully package the item and send it to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Legacy Fight Shop is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Different sizes (subject to product availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.

Fraud Prevention
